Dear Elon,

I get checking error when i try check one card, say to me make ticket.
I make ticket and wait for AI to respond to me
But when it responds it say ‘Card Live'

But how can card be live when I accidently buy card that expired January 2026.
This is not correct, can you check and refund accordingly please

'Cannot really help you man. That's why maybe you shouldn't exploit refunds via ticket. It is meant for such scenarios.
When a user takes multiple refunds via tickets, there comes a moment a random card is rejected for refund when asked via ticket.’

Card expired 01/26 this year and when I press check it says checking error.

You are denying refund for card for what reason?
What explot I do, most cards come live because of checking error.

This is not right. Please refund $8

Not granting a refund for a EXPIRED CARD is very unreasonable.
I was looking into using your shop long-term, but seeing responses like this and how situations like this are handled is making me have second thoughts.
Accusing users of “exploiting refunds” instead of just resolving a small issue is not a good look.
If anything, this is the kind of thing that pushes potential users away rather than building trust in your service.
Do better.

I am registered as seller on your shop. I applied for payout 12-13 days ago . You said first withdrawal is given after 10 days . And at 11th day you said it will be processed today . It's more than 2 days since you said it would be processed today . Please fix this up and process the sellers withdrawal as soon as possible
