emv chip or just magnetic stripe for successfull cloning

Hello guys do i need a emv chip writer and software for cloning credit cards, or is a magnetic stripe card enought? im from germany

As of now you can't clone a chip card. Magnetic stripe you can clone, but I can't imagine it will still work in Germany or any other European country. Cloning the EMV chip is way too hard; And don't make the mistake in buying X2 software. Ich hab zu vielen fehler gemacht, leider ;-)

You can diff clone emv!

This is good advice it is very frustrating when you first start using emv software
