If it's USA cc, call the bank number, usually the number for checking starts with 800, then they will ask for the cc number you type in and then it should ask for one of this 3 things: zipcode, 4 last digits of ssn or dob, at this point you only need to find a bank that uses the zipcode verification (just for helping, BANK OF AMERICA does)

Well I would run the bin@ binlist.com see what it is first and where it's from that will tell you where to call but if you don't have thepin SSN and zip it's no use but if you have the pin and SSN your good look up the rest
