Hacked PP vendor

Does anyone know any official vendors with hacked or verified PayPals? Everybody on the markets I’ve checked seem to be rippers or the accounts they sell need to be verified. I’m not looking for anything with a high balance, just transaction history so I can load it and transfer money. Any USEFUL info is appreciated

check these people out.. i havent verified yet but i just found them. im waiting until i get my paycheck on friday to see if they legit. they selling accounts as low as $40 bucks. let me know if they legit if you decide to try it out.

Can’t find any reviews on them but the loading method I was planning to do needs a little tweaking before I go ahead and buy another PayPal rn. If you shop with them tho let me know
