It works both ways, you can use a last address which i rather do or recent address which still helps verify the victim quickly. The way i like to do this is once the account is opens with online access rush to setting on bank app and switch to E-statements & E-tax form notifications. then once done call bank to tell them that the card needs to be sent to your business location, if they agree to do so without a problem, then great! But be aware they may ask some verification questions like previous vehicle color/model and such questions. I've had these asked and I'm always prepped with the BG & CR on hand! Also another tip, make sure your not making changes to the account so fast as the fraud detection will pick it up. And for anyone else having problems with banks opens ups closing instantly, it's not the vendors fault that you decide to make two different logging with two different IP addresses... Remember the vendor creates the account and logs into the online banking, that's the first IP on record. Then you receive the file and login with clean socks5 on your laptop and now there is a 2nd IP address on file... Then i bet your so anxious to get it logged on the mobile app as well and boom that's a 3rd new IP but through a VPN .... What do you expect to happen after a couple of days then if closes out of nowhere. So, the tip for all buyers of Open Ups, log in through the laptop and save that Socks proxies to that victim's profile so you can continue using same IP and have it recognized for about 30- 45 days then your fraud detection should be able to take some changes like a new logging and deposit.
sorry about the late response, but if you need anything else.
