How Can I get the location of the card?

Every tutorial says that i need a socks5 or vpn closest to where the cardholder is, but how do I know where that is???

I'm assuming you're new at this since you asked this question.

The location can easily be attained by checking the bin with a bin checker, or usually when you buy a private card from a trusted site the cardholder information is also included.
