if its 101 dump you only need MSR tool for that but for 201 need emv softwares

Some stores will let u without pin and go to dollar tree and little stores like that for cash back and go to Walmart or a nice retail store for products u can resell

I have same thing valid dumps with incorrect pin... Any way to cash em ? Or use em ? I have alot of working EBT dumps with wrong pin aswell

If you need to reset the pin to a pin of your choice, then you need specific bins that can be reset over the phone with ssn.

Now you need to have the original track 1 , so you can see the real name

2nd you do ssn search on rare names and not common names...easy to find SSN on Heyor Plux than on John Smith as John Smith will return 120,000 ssns

3rd get the few bins that lets you call to reset pin ( even some ebts let's you reset the pin with ssn), call bank automated number, reset pin and just hit ATM or pos if it's 101, 120 or 121 codes
