How to rank 1st page on eBay?

Hello, I am trying to sell my product on eBay. There is a lot of competition for this kind of product and I received only 40views in 1 week (probably half of them were from me..).

I was wondering if there is some tips to rank on the 1st page for my keywords?

Could it be usefull to buy backlinks? if yes, what kind?

Could it be usefull to buy trafic? if yes, what kind?

Make it a featured ad so it appears at top of the searches made on ebay and pay like 30p more extra and add subtitles.

try to use google "Metatag" that only help you but its take time to improve.
