Your payout request is raised on 10 Jan. It takes around 7 days to process the payment.
There is a backlog of pending tickets, and seller payments are processed once all pending tickets are replied, as we manually process refunds via tickets too and adjust seller-buyer balance accordingly.
Once done, your payout will be processed.

I will update you on this thread, as a reminder you can send me a DM here on forums too.
Remember, if cards found on other shops, we do not pay out.
