I got ahold of some CC's and ID

I recently got ahold of some pictures of Cards (front and back) with a picture of the holders ID from a friend of mine, these people live in my city.

How would I go about cashing out on them?
My plan is:

* Go to a public computer, library etc. (No vpn needed cause It's the same city)
* Setup coinbase account with ID
* Fill it up
* BTC to Paypal
* Paypal to prepaid

I'm probaly way off but this is what I think might work.

Try 1xbet. i personally use that, but if you are in US you need VPN tho but its safe and easy cause you can then cashout using cryptocurrency after making deposit with cc.

If you use a cc on 1xbet won’t they ask for OTP ? Or you have to use a non vbv ? You said you’ve tried it before can you please give me some guide , I do have a 1xbet account and it’s easy to withdraw in my country .. reply when you see this
