I have been in the business for many years (more than 20) but I have always worked alone.

I am here looking for a panel or server to send bulk SMS or bulk EMAIL Private.

In other words, I am not looking for amateurs, I want something serious for a good frequency of sending SHORTCODE and EMAIL.

If you have any of these that really work, I am interested.

I'm a developer, so if you only have an API, I'm also interested.

Note: I'm not interested in SMPT accounts, even if they're old. I want someone who has a ready-made system, with a panel where I can send messages, and who is responsible for maintenance. I have limited time, so I prefer to pay more for the convenience of just sending messages.
