Hi, i am new to this and i am trying to find my way.
I got some accounts with points and miles that I purchased in hopes to book hotels for my travels, but whenever i try to book them it never works, always gives me a certain type of error... despite having enough miles or points on the account.
Happened with southwest, delta, alaskaair,ihg, etc!
