So pretty much I found some dumps that I want to purchase with pins cause I have some physical cards with the same bin, how can I generate the IST file for this bin having the physical card here, I dont need no software just an answer pleassee and thanks yall.

you need emv foundry or x2 and then go to ist generate and click on read card and then save it
