I'm looking for an Oracle cloud account

Hi to all, as the title says, I want an Oracle cloud account (just to use the "always free" products), I can't create one by myself because they only accept CC for verification (not prepaid cards). So I can pay a few $ if someone can create one for me, I've tried some credit cards posted here but they were all dead.
