I'm new and need help with a cc cashout method

Need help for cashout of ccs.
because of my countrys rules i cant do apple pay cashout or cashapp methods.
not sure what else to say other than i just need someone to help me.
not tryna buy any software just trying to get some tips or free little guides, just want to learn more.
