every time i download a file from the credit pros it reads 0kb and says the file is corrupted. Switched systems and bought from different states all the same things. Burned 100$ trying it out, been using y’all very long time so please fix it.

Just switched browsers. used gologin, brave, safari. Switched operating systems. An associate in a different state logged in and same thing for them. Some of the site works. At the moment credit reports are down. They are all blank files when bought at the moment.

i have been using infodig for a long but my last order is not good. i bought a scan NH STATE DL 2 sides + ssn but it was cropped from a pdf its not a clear image there no 2 coners and barcode is no scannable the quality is poor. I looked for support to raise a ticket and it shows
