Home Depot isnt just another online store. This place is loaded with
high value, easy to flip goods. Power tools, appliances, and enough raw materials to build a house.
Why Home Depot?
Youre wondering why were targeting a hardware store. Well
Home Depot isnt just about hammers and nails; its a
goldmine waiting to be mined.
Were dealing with
high value items here. Power tools and appliances arent cheap so theres big profit potential. The best part? This stuff sells itself. Every contractor and DIYer is always looking for a deal.
If you read my previous post youd understand the concept of

Home Depot is right in the sweet spot -
high value, easy to resell and
low risk. Its the perfect combination for us.
Home Depot's variety is perfect for mixing up our carding patterns. They have everything from cheap drill bits to expensive refrigerators. And they ship fast so less time for
chargebacks to catch up.
Then theres the
in-store pickup option. Its like theyre giving us an
extra layer of anonymity. Your mule can walk in and out with merchandise quickly and efficiently.
Every Tom Dick and Harry running cashout groups on Discord and Telegram is salivating over the
good shit from
Home Depot. Its in
high demand and easy to move. You wont be stuck with a garage full of power tools wondering how to get rid of them.

Recon & Security Overview
Okay lets talk about
Home Depot's security ; or should I say, their
attempt at security. We fired up Burp Suite and went in and found some goodies.
First thing you need to know about HD is that everything is inhouse. No third-party antifraud systems here. This is
good for us. Cards and IDs we've burned elsewhere might still work here.
Their fraud detection is basic. Were seeing some
velocity checks and geolocation stuff, but nothing too fancy. No
3D Secure most of the time either, which is nice for us.
But in-house doesnt always mean incompetent. Were dealing with the
largest hardware store in the US - a company that at one point was even more valuable than Facebook. Theyre still running checks, and their size means theyve got
resources to throw at security. Well need to be smart and stay on our toes when going after this target.
One thing to keep in mind with
Home Depot seems to pay extra attention to
high-value orders and
unusual shipping/billing mismatches. So watch your step there, or youll get
fucked if you overstep.
Requirements
To hit
Home Depot youll need
Fresh US cards - Home Depot is a US company, so stick with domestic cards. Cards with a history on the site are gold here.
US residential proxies - Match these to your cards state if possible.
Decent antidetect browser - Nothing fancy needed but make sure it can handle basic fingerprinting.
Drop addresses - This is key. Home Depot ships care a lot about the delivery address so make sure your drop's virgin. Bonus points if your drop is near a Home Depot store for instore pickup.
Basic DIY and home improvement knowledge - You might need to wing it through customer service calls some times. Know the difference between a Phillips and a flathead at least!
Patience - Home Depot fraud checks can take time so dont get anxious and try to reuse a card too soon.

Process
Lets keep it simple, heres the flow/process for hitting
Home Depot, with all the requirements in mind:
Start with a Google search - Fire up your antidetect browser and proxy. Search for the item youre going to hit, like a Milwaukee drill. This “referrer binding” technique drops your fraud score by making it look like you found Home Depot through Google, just like any other schmuck.

Once youre on Home Depot, dont go straight for the item like a crackhead. Look at related shit, scroll around, pad up your browsing history. Add a few different items to your cart. Make it look like youre comparison shopping.

Close your session and let it cook for a couple of hours. This is where a static residential proxy earns its keep. It keeps your IP consistent, so when you come back, Home Depot doesnt get twitchy about sudden IP changes. Youre warming up your carding session without fucking up your fraud score.

Reopen your session with the same setup. Review your cart, maybe tweak it a bit. Proceed to checkout like youre actually spending your own hard-earned cash.

Youre not just using a trusted account and identity, youre using the account owners name as the pickup person. The system sees a loyal customer making their usual purchase, and you walk out with your merchandise without raising any flags.
Delivery Address Change
Changing the delivery address post-order can be hit or miss. But Ive found a way that works: Use a card with the same zip code (or very close) as your drop. When you call to change the address, it looks like youre just moving the delivery a couple of streets over, not across state lines. Its all about making that address change look as innocent as possible.
