Looking for an English speaking partner. Someone that has the knowledge and experience in fraud and carding but needs a player in the U.S. to set up drops. We can negotiate who what. I lack expertise on carding but am learning as I go and taking it very seriously now. I have CC and fullz access. Must be able to prove without reasonable doubt that you can card.
