Magstripe data to contactless ATM (ANDROID HCE)

Hello everyone. I'm looking for some possibilities to use magstripe data.
I'm not very familiar with current software and possibilities but still interested in possibilities to use MSD for contactless operations using android HCE.

I want to create an app for emulating MSD Contactless but its deprecated so i want to know if there is a possibility to create this stuff. I know there are few arpc/arqc generators but they exist.
Is it possible to emulate EVM-like transactions for contactless atms knowing only magstripe data

magstrip is dead on ATM dude just drop it EMV is most widely used now

Have bunch of cards that contains only magstripe, no chips
