**Marscheck Official Statement and Apology
(Including Credit Packages and Reward Mechanisms)**
Dear users and partners,
We would like to sincerely apologize to all existing Marscheck users.
During the previous system changes, the platform underwent a
complete rebuild and full architectural refactor. As a result, the overall structure, workflows, and billing logic changed significantly, which led to instability and a poor user experience for a period of time. This was a shortcoming in our planning and execution, and the responsibility lies with us.
After extensive redevelopment and testing, Marscheck has now completed a
full system reconstruction and redeployment, including the checking process, gateway infrastructure, and credit accounting logic. All core functions and services have now been fully restored, and the system has entered a stable operating state.
At the same time, we have
restructured and provisionally adjusted the Credits package system to ensure long-term sustainability and more reasonable usage costs. The current provisional Credit packages are as follows:
- 400 Credits — $10
- 1,050 Credits — $25
- 2,200 Credits — $50
- 4,500 Credits — $100
- 14,000 Credits — $300
- 24,500 Credits — $500
- 52,000 Credits — $1,000
- 110,000 Credits — $2,000
- 175,000 Credits — $3,000
- 312,500 Credits — $5,000
- 530,000 Credits — $8,000
- 710,000 Credits — $10,000
These packages are
provisional and may be adjusted in the future based on system performance and user feedback.
About Registration and Daily Login Rewards
To thank both new and existing users and to encourage normal, long-term usage, Marscheck has enabled the following reward mechanisms:
- New User Registration Reward
Each newly registered account will automatically receive 20 Credits.
- Daily Login Reward
Each account will receive 30 Credits upon its first login each day.
All rewards are issued automatically by the system and
do not require manual requests.
Accounts involved in abnormal registrations, bulk account creation, or abuse may be subject to risk control measures, and related rewards may be revoked.
As part of our apology and commitment to responsibility:
Users with previous recharge records may proactively contact the administrator and provide proof of payment. We will assist in restoring the corresponding
Credits.
We fully understand that trust cannot be rebuilt through a single announcement, but only through long-term stability and verifiable performance.
Marscheck will treat this experience as a serious lesson and will continue to improve both the system and operational practices, proving our commitment through consistent results.
Thank you to everyone who continues to show patience, understanding, and oversight.
