I just finished reviewing the shop. Everything works smoothly, and the admin is responsive—definitely a big plus. However, the main issue lies with card quality, which is ultimately what customers come for.
Talking about Quality, to be fair, I can’t say for certain if the cards were live before or after the pre-check. Visa cards are often sensitive, and while the pre-check feature is great for filtering dead cards, it does have a downside. It doesn’t give users a chance to actually use the card before it's potentially flagged or killed by the checker.
Personally, I would’ve invested in your shop if users had the option to use the card first and then request a refund similar to how other established shops work. If the card is live and works, no refund. If it’s dead upon first use, then allow a refund. That kind of system gives users more confidence, knowing the card wasn’t touched or flagged before use.
All the cards I bought showed as live, but none could charge even $1 on my custom Braintree and Stripe gateway checker, indicating they may have been live before the checker, but got killed in the process.
That said, your patience and support are top-tier A+. I just hope you’ll consider a more flexible refund policy like other major shops. I’ll definitely be following your shop closely, and if I see updates aligned with this suggestion
