Need help with security software?

I want to set up an acct on square or PayPal or Moneris with bank info (acct, routing, branch #, etc) online. I want to make sure that I am not going to get traced.

I am currently using NordVPN , I was gonna use public wifi and set it up the account like that. What other precautions / software should I have in place before setting this up?
