Need help writing T1 and T2 I have all info including zip code

So i took a picture of the front and back of someone’s regions credit card and I know there zip code already . Can I use this to write a dump ? I have a MSR X6 reader writer and blanks
I just don’t know the format to write the card just from the info I have , can anyone help
Also would anyone wanna just buy the info from me it has I for sure $3000 at a time with much more on it if you know how to juice it
