Need order cancellation fix 2020!

So don’t use a combination of socks + vpn? I been using clean socks same as card holder area with a vpn for extra security in same country as the cardholder. Billing and shipping is the same as cardholders address. Order gets placed then 30-60 minutes later gets canceled saying “Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately, when reviewing your order we were unable to fulfill it due to problems with the payment or billing information provided. We recommend confirming that the information you've provided is the exact information on file with your bank. Once you have made this confirmation we recommend replacing the order online or give us a call at __________ and we'll be happy to assist you with placing a new order.”
