Since smartline is patched, can someone explaine me pls how to bypass Netflix OTP

when you use bin it will ask for OTP

if it asked you while you use live cc
means the cc is already dead or already used

Frist , Otp Always About The cc and the ip you are using + if ask for otp The Can be Number is incorrect or the card is live but the bin has been use it many times and The Most Important you have moved to the Right Section
