Let's say I get a decline due to dead card or vbv authentication for some reason I can't complete transaction.

Do we have to make a fresh profile, for next transaction? also do we need new email, or we can use the same email from failed transaction?

good question - why would you run a dead card again and again at the same merchant. If it declines and it dies without asking you to run it again because of an error on their end then use a different card that has the dame credentials.(ie. name, addy, email, phone #).
