I have a paypal question..

If I create a paypal account (not in my name )
And money is deposited ...
Can I make a purchase... without having cc or id attached ?

Lets say I would like to buy giftcards with this paypal account that has balance ... but no cc or id attached...
Is it possible ?

paypal will limit new account i think so its impossible

Paypal is very strict about buying gift cards. I don't recommend buying gift cards, but they can be used on ebay
