when card is dead why u want to check info??

I mean some dd cards can probably checked by the checker at the moment they are showing as dead but they are live so if it is 0.5 ctvs no one loses , depends oh the bank , o the bin or sensitive card or bine

that makes no sense since many cards are dd. youll be paying for trash
