Hello, I've got basically my whole setup ready for carding, but i don't know this one thing entirely
- If I use a dump from USA, in Mexico and the owner of the card doesn't has any restriction can I still buy things? because in the country where i live every bank asked clients to use pin with purchases higher to $50 but idk if its gonna be the same with a usa clone
