Their support team is very slow and bad.
I had purchased 3 dumps and 2 out of them were refundable. Those 2 specifically were invalid therefore I made a ticket.
They asked me for the Order ID and BIN which i sent to them, and then out of no where they closed the support ticket.
I then created a second ticket asking them why it was closed and if I could get a refund but it has been over 5 days and still received no response.
They claim to have a 1 hour response time which is clearly wrong and just lies. I either want my money back or I need a admin to look into this cause for a shop that is partnered with this forum, its terrible service.
I can also provide proof of this if anyone wants.
