Only your refund policy is one of the worst on the market. Please make it easier. If a card is invalid, we should always be able to be refunded, right? Otherwise it is called selling a non-compliant object. If I buy an iPhone 3x and the 3 iPhones don't work, I expect to be refunded by Apple, logical.
I hope to receive an answer and that you will not ignore my message like all the others. If I deposit $150 and want to be refunded a card, I could only do it once. After my account will have a bad score.

Yeah Im not gonna lie im level 3 in shop and had the same problem I got penalized for 3 Dead CC on shop now trust factor won't go over 90% ... On the other hand I have to admit that the QUALITY OVERALL OF CC IS GOOD
