I’ve been using this store for 3 days, and so far, I’ve spent $500 here. The cards in this store come from various sellers around the world, and the inventory updates very quickly — new cards are added almost every day.
Of course, some cards are very good, while others are poor — this depends on the individual sellers.
For example, a seller’s cards worked very well yesterday. But when that same seller restocked the same type of cards today and I purchased them again, I found that all of them were dead cards. I couldn’t understand why this happened.
Lastly, I believe the store has one extremely unfair policy that can cause buyers to lose a lot of money.
As I mentioned earlier, if I buy 20 cards and only a few are dead, I don’t mind and usually won’t even request a refund.
However, if I buy from the same seller again the next day — same type of cards, freshly updated — and this time, say, 15 out of 20 cards are dead, I’m only allowed to get a refund for 1 or 2 of them.
Why? Because of a very unreasonable rule: the store limits refund requests to just 10% of the purchase amount.
This means I have to bear the cost of the remaining dead cards that can’t be refunded. I think this policy is very unfair.
This means that if you spend $500 and don't buy a good card, you can only get a refund of $50.
The store manager is very good at doing business. The store owner will only ensure that he makes money, not your interests.
