Hello,

I made an account last weekend USERNAME: lsmanmacha

I loaded about $70 dollars or so. I bought two cards, One worked the other did not. I had a $23 dollar balance which I screenshotted before I exited the site. I came back and tried to login now all sudden my username/password doesnt work. I saved these username/password in my browser. I want my account re-activated or my money refunded.

This is ridiculous to close a new persons account for no reason.

Yeah this is the case i suppose, some days ago stashpatrick.at redirected to stashpatrick.name it was a scam. now idk if it is still a scam, but that link was on the home page of the legit stashpatrick so...

• the private dialogue with the seller.
• an open ticket regarding this issue.
• other attempts to resolve the issue.

Have you tried writing to the seller before?

1. I was trying to find a way to contact on their website but didnt find any contact information. (I will DM them on this site)
2. I dont see a way to make a ticket on the website without logging in. But my account susequently information doesnt work anymore after I had a $23.9 balance. I bought two cards 1 worked other didnt. Other than that was my first time doing business with this site. But since it was highly rated here I took the chance
3. on this thread here i told the seller the issue and to give my account back. No response.

So you didn't. It took me less than a minute to register and find the tickets. So try to solve the problem with the seller first.
