hope the admins will be able to help.

I opened a ticket to reset my secret-key Last week
i provided all information with wallet, history, topup address

I requested to reset my secret-key but they instead reset my password.
They kept closing my ticket after resetting my PW.
I'm looking for help to recover my account
I have $69 balance in there,

so after providing proof of account instead of giving me secret key or resetting it they
reset my password which i already know.

and since then my ticket has been closed reopened closed
no response from stashpatrick.

I would appreciate if crdpro admins can help here.
It seems like an Arbitration issue.

I have tagged him and dmed private since last week but no answers
