i saw this guy thread and he looked like a decent seller who said he was selling fresh spammed ccs so i decided to give him a chance
the first ccs i bought worked fine so i kept buying more
in 6 days i spent around $360 on his shop or maybe his telegram bot

on friday august 22 i added $60 plus $10 i had left from before so total $70 and i asked for 7 ccs as usual but he never delivered anything
i tried to contact him through the support bot many times and got no reply
the next day he posted that his shop needed an update and it might take 3 days but it ended up taking way longer

for 15 days i kept asking him either to deliver the product or refund my money but he never answered
so even though at first he seemed like a good seller now it’s clear he turned into a scammer

now i request refund not product delivery because im not sure if he will actually deliver a good cc and not just a dead one
i included a couple screenshots as proof and all chats are exported so if a judge asks i can send them

Yes, I notified him on Telegram, but he doesn’t seem to have seen it

a few mins ago he send message via his bot to all users
here is the exact message
" Dear valued customers, We sincerely apologize for the unexpected interruption of our service. Our technical team is already working hard to resolve the issue, and we expect to be back online and ready to serve you within the next few hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

I request a ban on him
He came back online, refunded my points, and asked me to purchase CCs again instead of giving a refund
I requested some CCs but he failed to deliver them, and after a long time he refunded those points as well


At that point I said I was done with him and gave him 24 hours to proceed with a refund
He did not respond even though he was online
It is clear he is a scammer
Please proceed with banning him
