It seems that guy are not raliable person to build any business with him. He use not credit cards no sms codes just he use a Redotpay app user dates and virtual card to take and try Cashout from user account. These cards are not credit cards so is not accepted on 90% merchants. Only can be user on the bigest like AliExpress netflix nothing else at all. There no chance to Cashout and the carder are not reliable to build any trust. He offer there escrow with is mean is an idiot becouse he dont offer u credit card from banks just a card from fintech and no sms codes.

Dont work with him he offer escrow just to scam he think there he can get a free money
If u deal with him in 99,9% u will get nothing

Lol ofc it is not easy to cashout a service like redotpay. But you have the chance to gain like 15kUSD. And ofc i don't go first with 1k with users who have no reputation. Either for the first deals we use escrow or we start with smaller steps
