My review of his services . 0/5 his accounts dont work. at least he hasnt delivered a working one to me!
As we initiated contact he asks me what i needed in a paypal business account.
My requirements were kyb and kyc passed full documentation facial id scan
so we agreed on paying half first and half after. so i paid him the first half
i repeated this kyc id scan requirment on at least 5 times and he kept on answering yes
then when he delivered the account, with paypal there's no of know if drivers license kyc was passed yet other than do a transaction. i got the first one through no problem. so i paid him the rest
He then kept on promising any problems hit me up i'll fix it.
then i proceeded to do a second transaction, and then i couldn't get another transaction through. and next morning i tell him the problem and he says i dont know what im doing etc until i show him the screenshot.. then he disappears the entire day, and at night he comes on and tells me not to spam him? how about do as you promised and make things right? This is after i told him 5+ times this would happen. but no he disappears again. So this vendor 0/5 only thing he did was create an account off a full business fullz, that i could have done myself. all these other verified accounts? i haven't seen anything that demonstrates the ability to get that.. and do not trust that he fixes anything.. it's been 2 days since i reported and he's been hiding offline since. I had another need for 2 more accounts but no way am i going to buy those from him.. from my point of view.. he sells accounts that don't work. my recommendation is to avoid and pass on this vendor.

And he finaly repspnds last night saying dont spam him? but he doesnt show up the entire day to handle busines and take care of what he says he will take care. of? This vendor doesnt' keep his word. bottom line is this, from what can see, he hasn't delivered a working account. which is why i sent my 2 other orders that I had for ho out to other vendors.

Could it be you just created the account and your pushing random transactions through? I literally just got suspended on PayPal when I literally was doing real business. Just because I selected goods and services. I have had a pypl account for 3 years but no activity. Sounds like he helped create the account (setup) you made a good transaction. Then they flagged you on the second transaction.

I can pretty much guarantee that it being flagged has absolutely zero to do with this vendor.

Don't slander vendors when in reality you just simply don't know how sensitive PayPal is these days.

If I am doing biz on PayPal and I make an account I am aging that account. Setting up and paying some subscriptions through it for a month or longer etc. No business creates a PayPal and starts doing business all over the map the next day lol it just doesn't happen.

Just because I selected goods and services. I have had a pypl account for 3 years but no activity. Sounds like he helped create the account (setup) you made a good transaction. Then they flagged you on the second transaction.
