I’d like to chime in here as new crdpro user and recent @sharkshop customer! I’ve spent over $1,000 with Shark. My experience with Shark has been one of many great trials n tribulations. I’ve tested their cards on non emv atm and have had success and some completely dead cards. I have tested them on our modern day emv enabled atm as well. I received some success with same bin product. Bases like M0rb and Vohb0 and merged were decent. Alas many bins from newly merged bases (like the 4342** bins) were terrible a 20-30% rate in reality compared to the 70-80% rate advertised. I have requested a refund before and I have received one. (With provided/timed proof) That shows there’s no way I could’ve killed card & that I was sold a dead product. To conclude my input dare I say for ALL OF US ……NOBODY wants REFUND we NEED VALID PRODUCT.
Sidenote: The most outrageous thing they’ve presented in my eyes is the bin 533*** for 150$ when majority POs or atm response to that bin will be *exceeds withdrawal limit*

@Nekochan6 if I'm wrong about this i deeply apologize

Yes, I believe he mentioned a refund claim in an attempt to discredit the truth. However, I never asked for a refund. If any mention of a refund occurred, it was in reference to the store he owns, with the goal of receiving a new base that is verified to be working. This was something he himself offered during our discussions, as shown in the texts I’ve provided . He repeatedly suggested I buy a newer base, assuring me it was good. I continued purchasing, and each time I informed him that the new base was defective, I asked him to verify it on his end. At no point did I use offensive language or demand a refund.

In my complaint, I made sure to highlight how well the products worked initially, as I'm not here to bash him. However, there are clear signs of something shady occurring. The proof lies in the numbers he removed from the store after I began exposing the issue.

No bro I’m dead ass new user and I actually am ON YOUR SIDE. I feel as though @sharkshop could do better by offering checker for pin cards prior to purchase like bigfat offers. I also do believe it’s unreasonable to say they don’t offer refunds then proceed to give one. If product validity was that strong we’d all be rich soooo in favor of good business checker should suffice and fix our problems for now…if not require video evidence be uploaded via justpaste link w date n time and card last 4 matching

It has now been four days, and we are still awaiting a decision from the administration. We would greatly appreciate an update, as we are all eagerly awaiting their response.

So the issue you have with shop is not a ripper claim! You have to address this issue with the shop with their refund policy and send them ticket! If you were to pay bitcoin and not receive your balance on site, then that would validate shop as ripper! Reach out to admin of shop of issues, again their return policy cannot be policed by forum!

The claim is that the seller was taking customer payments and selling defective cards that he knew were non-functional. After I reported him, he removed those cards and has since started selling cheaper ones without any verification, potentially misleading other customers who may be drawn in by the lower prices. However, I will not continue to dwell on this issue. For myself and my students, the message is clear and speaks for itself.

I don't see the claim here. First of all, it's not written according to the rules. It doesn't even specify the amount of the claim. This is your personal feedback after working with the store, but nothing more. You could have posted it in the seller's thread, but I won't let you spam the whole forum.
