i brought off this site literally just now and 2 cards i brought said they was refundable but when i got to the page the check the action button for the refund is not there i got evidence of this i had high hopes for this page but guess not also takes a dollar everytime your cards comes dead

So far have purchased roughly 10 cards.... all dead....except one according to their checker. Shame that the expiry on the "valid" card was 5 months ago. Still has multiple bases listed that are full of expired cards. Seriously WTF!!!

3/10 as the site is fairly usable but the cards, at least the AU cards, suck!! and the checker is clearly flawed.

trash site i brought a refundable base when i go to cc to check the check button was not there wasted my money happened twice they need to fix the site asap my money is gone and it takes $1 everytime you check what a absolute scam

REFUND

CHECKER SERVICE IS DOWN, REPLACEMENT ONLY POSSIBLE THROUGH THE REFUND BUTTON, WHICH IS ACTIVE AFTER 5 MINUTES OF PURCHASE.

Refunds are possible only on your Orders Page

1. Open your Orders Page
2. Check a bad card (button on the right front of the card)
3. For invalid cards you will get refund immediately. for valid card, $1 will be debited from your balance.
2. We advise you don't use the checker always.
3. Unfortunately I don't make refunds via tickets. If replacement time is out or a card was already checked and approved, you don't have ability to refund this card
4. (Default replacement time is 10 minutes (if purchased greater than 10 cards 40 minutes)
5. Approved cards cannot be refunded.
6. We cannot guarantee or control account balance on cards we sell. Valid cards with low balance are non refundable.
7. Replacements are only performed via the Orders Page ("Check" button is available next to all refundable purchases)

when i brought there was no “check” button and the base was refundable?
