There was a crazy time that every one I knew was making crazy money with Japan cards.
I miss it so much.
Most Japan cards used to be verified by static passwords or Non VBV. And we do spam the victims, they gave us their passwords, we cash it out.
My favorite bins were 4205**, 5312**.
But all of a sudden, everything was changed, about 2 years ago.
About 30% ~ 50% cards were forced to enable the SMS codes verification. And with the development of AI anti-fraud system, it turns out to be harder and harder to cash out Japan cards nowadays.
But we still have chance.
There are still about 50% cards using the static passwords for verification.
And we can get it!
Here I share some useful information with my experience.
