There's a lot of shops on here, some bad some top notch. If you've tested multiple shops and still lost money maybe the problem is something else? Method, setup, proxies? Shit happens

First check if CC is not dead. Not through checkers, go buy something cheap instead.
Then if CC is declined for anything else than insufficient funds - the problem is in your setup and/or method.
