Telegram chat - not working

I have not been able to access telelgram chat for quite a while. I am uncertain why this is. I am an active member on forum that has never ripped anyone, in fact shared whatever knowledge has been asked of me freely. Are there any telegram admins that can try to figure out why I am banned from telegram chat?? Please and thankyou! it is @Dlslater I am fairly certain.
