Carteira in my country works on Verifone 200vc and v240M but if forces the pos to approve the transaction offline which mean card doesn't need to have a balance for transaction to go through which is bad for merchant and make us the cashier a target.

I don't think the app worked for this guy because he is telling me on telegram that the app approves online but I need the right bin so I asked give me a good bin I will go tap now. He replied "We just met and you want me to give you stuff for free" typically hungry person trying to sc@m. Listen people the Carteira app forces POS to approve dumps offline and it only work on specific POS in my country it worked on Verifone 200VC and V240M. It does not approve dumps online you can hit dump for any amount and you don't need special bins.
