Usa cards wont work in Europe

I have high limit Chase credit cars, wells fargo bank and more.. i try to use them in europe, shops, e shops etc , they wont work despite my efforts, will a USA vpn help?

Most if not all, of Europe's shops are 3ds compulsory due to SCA, so you'll anyway get 3DS check (OTP). From what I know its almost impossible to use these cards on Europe's shops unless you have OTP access. See my post here.

If you have tried a single card multiple times, it may also be locked. Don't try many times.

thanks, that makes everything clear... i will try to create a fake e shop, but still a payment gateway is needed
