I think the cc is valid/approval. However, when we want to buy something / goods, the cc refuses for different reasons such as lack of balance, or other things. CMIIW
because so far I see vclub is fine.

Don't just buy at a base with a high VR, just look at the VR below it's usually good too. because sometimes i find bin with low base vr, but the result is good.
