Their cards are all dead and rejected by the bank. Also, the card balance is less than $1.

I see almost double prices in all the bases, I don't know why. but that's not fair, I see a base updated with normal price and I tried to buy cards and suddenly all cards disappeared and after few minutes they came back after double prices. almost same with all bases.
