That's because there is an extra DOB + IP so the price of each card that uses an extra DOB or IP is subject to an additional $5 per card. , I only convey what I have experienced since becoming a supplier there. , my three supplier accounts were shut down due to the reason that many of my databases were down. whereas my material database is refundable so it doesn't make sense for them to call the database dead. while I get the material database from SPAM PHISHING

I bought like 100 cc from this site 1 year ago.
Some bases are quite good and some not, and once i found a base which is exact the same in fecc and then i stopped buying there.
And don't try to stock any cc, i once stock like 10 cc from one of the good vendor in vclub, when i tried to use next week, all dead.
