You are lying. You always close tickets without reading. Is it what is written in the ticket that is your problem or the invalid card enclosed in the tickets? I submit tickets within 5 mins of opening them yet you don't refund neither would you check it.

i am using vclub from past 2-4 years, i know what i am doing, what i did, i checked cards in my targets before open tickets and i am not slower, i am do faster with my methods, so i am sure about cards
