You are lying. You always close tickets without reading. Is it what is written in the ticket that is your problem or the invalid card enclosed in the tickets? I submit tickets within 5 mins of opening them yet you don't refund neither would you check it.
your support always gives same message, i open tickets in less than 5mins an di show clear proof of dead cards
change your support man , from last 4 days its happen same, i am old user in vclub, not new ,
