After I uploaded the cards, I haven’t been able to withdraw my profits. There’s been no response to my tickets on the website, and on Jabber they always just tell me, “We’re working on it, please be patient.” I’ve already been waiting for more than half a month

The situation is as follows:

I have an old seller account on vclub that has been inactive for several years. Five years ago, I was one of the main sellers on that platform and had cooperated with them for about two years. However, around three years ago, when vclub started massively delaying seller payouts, I stopped working with them.

Last month, I obtained a new batch of cards, and while looking for a suitable platform to upload them, I came across my old vclub account. I then contacted the store administrator, who helped me reactivate my seller privileges.

I’m not sure why the system required me to change my password in order to withdraw my profits, but I followed the instructions anyway. However, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. If the vclub administrator had told me from the start that the old account couldn’t be fixed, I would have been completely fine with creating a new seller account. Instead, they kept asking me to wait and repeatedly assuring me that the problem would be resolved. As a result, I’ve continued uploading new cards, yet I still haven’t been able to withdraw any of my profits.

All Jabber chat logs with the vclub administrator regarding this matter have been sent via PM to Judge Fixxx

I followed the instructions to reset it, but for some unknown reason, it didn’t have the expected effect. Maybe you’re not the same administrator. your support is really terrible

all chat logs have been sent to the Judge Fixxx, and I don’t believe this is my fault
