1/PAYOUT PROBLEM >


This is becoming unacceptable.

Every time I contact support, I receive the exact same copy-paste response: “wait”, “soon”, “send ticket number”, “be patient”. I have already provided my username and ticket number multiple times. That is NOT the issue.

The real issue is my payout, and it has been delayed for too long without any clear explanation. ( not only "me" or only my "username" or my "ticket number" ! , payout for all the seller ! !

If there is a real problem, explain it clearly. But repeating automated answers without solving anything is not professional.

Please stop sending generic replies and provide an actual solution.

I am waiting for a serious response and payout this weekend .

2/ANOTHER PROBLEM >

I’ve been dealing with a serious issue regarding my account for over 3 years. After payouts, my balance shows as -2000$ or -3000$, and there’s never any clear explanation as to why. My account should not be in the negative, and I need to understand where this money is going.

Every time this happens, my balance resets to 0, but the missing money (like the -3000$) just disappears, and I still get no clear answers about it. Who is taking this money, and why does this keep happening every time?

I want my money back. Every time you process a payout, the balance goes negative and I’m left with nothing. I’ve been asking for this to be fixed for 3 years, but nothing has changed. It’s clear that the developers are not fixing it despite claiming they would. Stop ignoring this issue it’s not just a mistake; it’s a serious problem.

You’ve had enough time to fix this. It’s time to take responsibility and resolve it now.

Have some shame, you've really messed it up.

ticket - never answer - support every time say - soon , soon i wait my payment for 1 month. and still nothing.

i don`t understand why some sellers still uploads cards there if nobody pay them.
